Is the end of the project, before playing postcrossing, I never know there is a way that can milled or got the postcards to the other person that far faraway, specially the foreigner I never meat before.

It was excited in the time to wait for postcard and send one to the other, but I still didn’t have enough patience and courage to write more and more postcard to the other, so I only mill two of my postcard, one is for a Russia grail, and the other one is for the boy in Germany.

But when it was still in the process of the activities, postcrossing, I had have told my best friends about the activities what I doing in that time, and ask her if she want to join me to play the project, but since she didn’t have that much interest for postcrossing, but the other one of my friend tell me even though she didn’t have time to play, but she knew many about the other country’s customs and etiquette, she might can help me when I don’t know what to write on the postcard that’s for prepare to mill to the other person! I’m glad to have such a good friend who was learned very much.

In the last, I just only got one postcard, but sadly, it was throw out by my family member, I don’t know who, but the woman in Belgium send me that full of characteristic’s postcard I will keep it in my memory for ever.  

  I’ve been a member for 119 days. I’ve sent 20 postcard, 13 arrived, and received 15 ones in the passed few months. Since I sent my first postcard, I had kept looking forward to receive one. Because I was so curious about the postcards and information from other countries. However, Mr. Peko, who got my first postcard, told me that it would take a long time to wait for one. But when you send more and more postcards, you would stop worrying about it. What’s more, he even told me that he would send me one if I gave him my address. How nice he is!

Now I received postcards ones a week on average.

   I like this activity so much that we can communicate with those who we don’t know with the postcards and little information. Fly in the ointment, most of the postcards arrived with scribbled handwritings that I only identify “Hello Joyce: ” and the ID. But I still thank them very much.

Moreover, I ask them to write “hello” in their own language. Though I don’t know most of them, it is still a good way to learn new words. Now I know that “hallo” in Dutch, “labdien” in Latvia, “hola” in Spanish, “こんにちは” in Japanese and “11नमस्ते” in Indian which I totally can’t recognize.

Finally, I will keep sending postcards and looking forward to new ones.   

The first time I heard about this activity, my excitement was beyond measure. And I was also curious about how it really works. I tried to meet different recipient's expectations, so l spent large quantity of time picking postcards. Besides, I even made postcards with my own hands.

I made a birthday card for Vanessa.

I have started "postcrossing" this activity about three month. During the three month, I received 12 cards! I can't wait to check the mailbox everyday. They were mailed from many countries like Nederland, Russia, Czech, Belarus etc.

March 28th, I received my first postcard from Germany. But I feel little disappointed cause there only have few words on it......

I usually write postcard in my free time. This is the first card I wrote. I sent it to Anna, a desigher from Russia.

120 days.

A long time passed, and I got a lot of difference in my life, too.

Whenever I got the postcard from my mailbox, I always think, "Thank you."

Whenever I'm so tired and helpless, those postcards always save me, give me a lot of supports.

I love all of them, and I've recorded them in my album.

Have you ever sent and received postcard from all over the world, but you don’t know who the person is. In this semester, we really have a good memory in Postcrossing.

The mail idea of that is to send a postcard to a foreign country and then you will receive another one from a different country. In the beginning, I was filled up with expectations. Because it’s so exciting when checking your mail box and find the postcard lying there. So after our teacher told the project to me, I prepared for the project at once. At first, I didn’t what I should write to my pen pal because before joining the project I didn’t have the experience to write something to a person who I’m not familiar with. I was confused and searched for the information how to write a postcard. Some people suggested me to talk with my pen pal and shared the interesting things happened to me with them. I took their advice and writing the postcard to my pen pal just like talking with my friends. I was so delightful after seeing the postcard putting in the mailbox. I wished my pen pal will be joyful to received the blessing from the other side of the world.

During the process, my English has been improved a lot. I learned how to write the postcard. It’s so useful for me when I want to share my happiness with my foreign friends. I will no longer feel perplexed about that. I not only received joys but also learn something practical. I will still use postcrossing sending and receiving blessings from all over the world.

Wow! I’ve received 11 postcards already.

122 days ago, my English teacher told us a special website, Postcrossing. She said we can use this website to send postcards to someone who lives in another country.

After I sent my first postcard, I felt a little confused. Will the postcard arrive to Germany? I asked to myself. Those days, I sometimes think of its trace. Will it got lost? I wondered it. Thus, I kept worried about it until I got the response from Germany. When I saw the Distance that my postcard had treaveled, I  was really amazed about it. However, I didn't feel as comfort as I think because it reminded me that I hadn't got any postcard from any person! 

      Few month ago, my English teacher asked me to do a project, “Happy Postcrossing”. At first time, I think I can’t do it, because I’m not good at English. And I don’t know how to write postcard.

But few weeks latter, I found Postcrossing is so great. I can make many friends from different countries. And I can learn many things from postcards. They told me a lot of culture of their countyies on the postcards. And some of them invited me to visit their country.But I don’t have enough money.

To my surprise, I received 11 postcards. They all came from different countries. My favorite picture of the postcard is came from Czech Republic. The picture is THE LORD of THE RINGS which is my favorite movie. And another from the U.S, is my favorite postcard. Though she didn’t write many things, I still like it very much. And the wruter, Sam, is so cute. She is only 8 years old. She lived in Las Vegas. Hw said there was so hot and asked me, “ Is Taiwa cool? ” Don’t you think she is so cute?

 You know what? I jest sent a postcard to Anna who is from Rusia. She is also a high school student. She very likes eletric guitars, and I really want to learn how to play it. I think we have the same interest, so maybe we could become friend. But it’s so sad. Why all the adresses are either Germany or Rusia?

            I can still remember the day I received my first postcrossing address. I was so excited about it that I wrote two postcards because I had too many things to share with her. Few weeks later, she got the pastcard and asked me why I spent so much money to mail it. Afterwards, I knew that my mom spent 98 dollars to send the card. How expensive my first postcard was!

Three months passed and I have received 12 postcards from 8 different countries including Taiwan. The first one l received was from Portugal. To be honest, I was a little disappointed after I saw there were only 2 sentences on the postcard. However, there were many postcards written by attentive people. One of my favorite postcards was from a 48 year-old woman in Germerny. Though I could't understand all words she wrote, I really liked her card. I was always happy when I received the cards which had cute pictures on them like the card from Japan and from Sih Chuan, the home to pandas.

It was interesting to me to receive new addresses. I liked to get many addresses to know who was the next people l would send the postcards to. I enjoyed the sense of surprise so that I even got 6 addresses at one time. I also enjoyed writing cards to different people from all over the world.
